Terms of use
These terms describe use of Agent Maxer's apps, relay service and website. Read them with the privacy policy and the Numbus LLC end-user license agreement.
The service
Agent Maxer displays status and usage information from supported agents on your Apple devices. It depends on your connected Mac, network access, supported provider services and Apple's delivery systems. Status may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Check the source agent before relying on a completion state or usage estimate; a status display is not an approval of an agent's work.
Accounts and devices
Use only accounts, devices and data you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in credentials and do not share device credentials. Each Mac relay has one Firebase account owner, and independently scoped device sessions authorize registered installations. Account sign-in, device registration and an Apple purchase are distinct operations. The service's data-handling and deletion limitations are explained in the privacy policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Where offered, Agent Maxer Pro is an auto-renewing App Store subscription. The purchase screen and Apple's confirmation show the available product, included features, billing period and localized price. Review those details before confirming. No fixed price, free trial or introductory offer is promised by this page.
Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the next renewal under Apple's purchase terms. Manage or cancel in your Apple account's subscription settings. Removing the app, signing out or deleting an Agent Maxer account does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app to check eligible existing purchases.
Billing and refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple; refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. See Apple's cancellation instructions and refund instructions.
Acceptable use and your content
Do not access another person's relay without permission, disclose their private data, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls. Make sure you have permission to process the task titles and response text you connect. The status and speech features do not grant Agent Maxer or another user ownership of your content, or permission to use someone else's confidential material.
Software and third-party services
Agent Maxer is licensed under the Numbus LLC end-user license agreement, together with applicable App Store terms. These terms do not grant redistribution rights to third-party code or artwork.
Agent providers, Apple, Google/Firebase and RevenueCat operate under their own applicable terms. Agent Maxer access does not include a subscription to an agent provider, guarantee a provider's availability, or imply that provider's endorsement. Third-party software and artwork remain subject to their licenses.
Stopping use and account deletion
You can stop the relay, remove the apps and manage your account through the app or account page. Stopping new uploads is not the same as deleting existing stored data. Review the retention and deletion information, and cancel any subscription separately through Apple. No service-availability or complete-deletion deadline is promised in these terms.
Operator, support and governing terms
Agent Maxer is provided by Numbus LLC. Contact admin@numbus.app for support or legal questions. The complete license, warranty, liability, governing-law and related provisions are published in the Numbus LLC end-user license agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
