How the plan works
  • A refill restores 100%. Redeeming a bank restarts the automatic clock at seven elapsed days.
  • Credits must be redeemed strictly before expiry. Automatic resets win ties.
  • “Near expiry” uses an editable lead time, starting at one hour. It follows expiry edits and redeems at the scenario start if that lead time has already begun. It never changes the preceding-pace input.
  • Normal usage has separate Current Pacing and Future Pacing controls. Current Pacing applies only to the initial allowance; Future Pacing applies after the first refill, including normal weeks between banks. Both also apply to the automatic-only comparison. Zero means no planned work.
  • Each “Max usage” toggle auto-fills only its own normal pace. Current Pacing spreads the remaining allowance until its automatic reset; Future Pacing spreads 100% over seven elapsed days. Editing a pace turns off its toggle. Turning a toggle off keeps its last calculated value. An already-empty allowance cannot avoid waiting.
  • Each bank’s slider controls only the allowance immediately preceding its redemption and takes priority over normal pacing. Every refill starts a new allowance. The normal “Max usage” toggles do not change bank sprint paces.
  • A near-expiry bank’s “Max usage” toggle fills that bank’s pace input using its preceding allowance and planned redemption time, retaining full precision. It updates when timing changes; editing the pace turns it off. Turning it off retains the last filled value.
  • Within its bank’s allowance, the entered pace applies exactly while balance remains. Empty balance means waiting until the scheduled redemption. A when-empty bank owns an allowance when its entered pace reaches zero before its expiry and the next scheduled refill; otherwise that scheduled refill takes precedence.
  • The comparison end never determines the usage pace. The final banked allowance remains in the simulation.
  • Rates are daily averages. This first model does not simulate five-hour limits, changing workloads, or working hours.
  • Connected data supplies the allowance and reset dates. Pace and redemption controls explore your plan.
